We are a family owned & operated business, we aim to ship all orders within 3 days of your purchase.

We are currently offering FREE shipping Australia wide.

This was a big decision for us with the weight of our beds much higher than the average parcel however we want to make this first collection affordable for all.

We hope that this is something we can continue to do for our community. 

For our Australian customers we use Australia Post for a reliable delivery with tracking.

Please note all Australia wide, parcels are automatically authority to leave. 

US Shipping

We use Australia Post with tracking for all international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. 

Shipping is $35 US Dollars, this allows up to 15 kgs.

Please note our large beds are 6.5kgs, small beds 2.6 kgs.

EUROPE

We use Australia Post with tracking for all international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

***  Please note: Orders shipped to Europe may incur additional fee’s & duties.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay applicable duties & taxes applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned in order to receive a refund.

RETURNS

Please shop intentionally as we do not offer returns for change of mind.  

If your item arrives faulty, you need to notify us within in 7 days of receiving your item.

Please note, items that have been damaged from in correct garment care are not considered to be faulty.
